Adding new things to my blog

Forgive me I have no clue on how to add buttons.  I have added there cute little pictures to the sidebar and when you click on the photo it is suppose to take you to there sight.  Well when you click it doesn't take you any were :(  Please help me computer and I do not get along so for now till I can get it right.

Okay on the side bar the 2 girls pictures works if you click on it the only one that doesn't work is the New Day one
